A Tribute to my Beloved Mother
My mother was not only a great person and teacher but she was also my BEST friend.  My mom passed away 3 weeks ago, but is has been until now that I have been able to even think of making up a page for her ..... it has been really difficult for me to accept the fact that I can't just walk down the street to visit her, or pick up the phone to chat.
For those of you whom have never had the great opportunity to meet my mother, let me tell you that you missed out of meeting a very wonderful loving, caring and giving person.  She has enriched every life that has come in contact with her.  She never cared about herself .... she was always more concerned with pleasing others (especially children) my mother took great pleasure in making a child smile.  my brother Keith (who lived with my mother) passed away in June of this year at the age of 41.  He was my mother's biggest concerns because she was always afraid
that something would happen to her and that my brother would be left alone.  Little did she know that God would answers her prayers by taking my brother first.  My mother faught a long battle with cancer and I believe that it actually broke my mom's heart when my brother passed.  She was tired and finally felt free to let go.  My mother is in God's hands right now and although she will be greatly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting her ........... I know in my heart that she is in a much better place and is now pain free.

A Message From Heaven

I am not so far from you ... just a little way beyond.
Past the cares and past the pain ... Far passed my earthly bonds.

When you feel you miss me most ... as years go drifting by;
Each memory will prove to you ... that our love will never die.

For memories are but a touch ... From the Father's gentle hand;
to heal your pain and mend your hearts ... to help you understand.

That while I left you far too soon ... I did not leave alone;
For the Father sent His angels ... to gently take me home.

Take comfort when you think of me ... keep my love alive in your heart;
And with the warmth of each memory ... we will NEVER be apart!

Sleep well my dear mother until we meet again !
