Orders are confirmed as soon as possible by email. Payment is due withing 10 days of confirmation email unless other arrangements have been made with us (ie. using our layby service).
We will begin making your order on receipt of payment.
As our clothing is handmade your order will be posted within 14 days of payment being made. Readymades and patterns are sent the next postal day after payment has been confirmed. We will send an email to confirm parcel has been sent.
Please note: Occasionally our children have school holidays therefore your order may take a little longer - please advise if your order is urgent! :0)
Payment options include direct debit and personal cheque (cheques will be held for five days until cleared).
We use NZPost standard mail - postage and packaging prices are actual and range from NZ$1.50 NZ wide. For urgent deliveries we can use NZPost overnight couriers.
If your items are lost via NZPost we will make a claim with the post office.
We offer a money back return policy (excludes Readymades, patterns and postage & packaging).
While we understand that some dolls may be a little different sizewise please be aware that items fit the doll as they are displayed on the website (ie. with or without clothing underneath), and we will not accept returns for this reason.
Should you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Please email us to inform your reason before returning.
Sweetpea Sisters are not responsible for items lost while being returned. We strongly suggest you insure any returns for your protection. Returned items must be in the original unplayed with condition that they arrived in, with a copy of the invoice.
Since there are only one product of some items (ie. Readymades and some patterns) it is possible that more than one person could order the same day (before sold items are removed from the website). Orders will be filled on a "firstcome, first serve basis". If an item is no longer available , the buyer will be notified by email.
