What to say about this trip, what to say. 76km of steep hills, sea lions, mud pits, ladders, stairs, snakes, narrow log crossings, ropes, switch backs, sandy beaches, gray whales, slugs, and lighthouses (just to mention a few things). 3 females, 1 Ironman, 4 overweight whores (ask me later), friendly people, amazing scenery, lots of tiredness and lots of fun--that was the West Coast Trail for me.
