About Us Contact Us	FAST is supporting the first Florence Area Summer Swim League The championship meet will be Saturday July 18th at Mcleod Health and Fitness Center. Starting at 2 pm. Pysch Sheet for swimmers Practice Schedule: Developmental Level Swimmers FAST Developmental swimmers at Florence YMCA on 1700 Rutherford Road Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 5 PM Age Group I Three to five days a week Mondays through Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30 PM, and Fridays 5:00 - 6:30 Age Group II/Seniors Four to Six days a week Mondays through Thursdays6:00 - 8:00 PM and Fridays 5:00 - 7:00 PM At Francis Marion University, Smith University Center Pool	FAST Sponsors Gold Silver Bronze Taco Bell/K & M Family Foods, Inc.
