• Scotchrap Pipe Primer - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Quick dry, non-sag rubber base primer that prepares metal surfaces for tape application. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: For use with Scotch 50 and 51 tapes and Temflex 1100 Tape.
