All right, I haven't updated this thing in *forever*. Or, well, almost a year and a half. I don't know if that's going to change much, but what do you want? I'm lazy. I think I've fixed everthing with this site, and I will be adding some new content... mostly stuff from my *really* crappy old Geocities site. And maybe, eventually, my stories. We'll see how it goes. Anyway, just wanted to update this thing to say "Hi, I'm here now." Maybe I'll actually do something with it. Who knows?

Okay, yeah, been a while since I posted to this thing. What's happened since last time? First, I finished school for the year, and now I'm back home, so that's good. It also probably means I'll be updating even LESS than normal, but hey, it's not like I was a pillar of consistency anyway, so anybody who actually reads this crap will probably get used to it. So, school's out and that's all fun. NFL Draft-y fun: Lee Suggs went to Cleveland, as I said in the last post. And Willie Pyle did get picked up, like I thought he should, and by the Kansas City Chiefs, who, when I don't hear about them, I forget they exist. Ronyell Whitaker didn't get picked up. Ha. Angel, the television show, is over for the season, and has yet to be picked up for next season yet. (By the way, Angel and all related stuff are the property of Joss Whedon, Mutant Enemy, WB, Fox and in no way related to me or my financial income, such as it is, and uh... don't sue me.) Right. So why hasn't Angel been picked up? Ratings. They're not very good. But it is a good show, and won more than 50% of the votes in USA Today's annual 'save our shows' poll. Which got more than 57,000 responses. So, yeah, WB? Pick it up. Cuz if you don't, and it's not back, I'll be pissed cuz the season finale was really cool, and didn't finish ANYTHING so if the show's not back next year, there'll be all these questions and they won't ever get answered and that would really suck. And that's my $0.02. What else? I actually enjoyed, for a change, this week's episode of Buffy. Why is this odd? Because, with a few notable exceptions, this season hasn't been very good. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's been the worst season yet. But this past episode was, in fact, pretty good (despite the fact that it was a lot of Buffy and Spike stuff, which I don't like, but it was done well and I can't really argue with what he said and... blah). So that gives me hope that, despite what I know of how the show ends, Joss and crew will pull it off well. (Oh yeah, Buffy and all related things are the property of Joss Whedon, Mutant Enemy, UPN, Fox and also are not related to me or my income and finances, so don't sue me for this, either.) Oh, by the way, whoever decided that the weapon she found is a scythe... look up the definition of a scythe. That's not a scythe, it's a friggin' halberd. I'm a loser. Oh, story update. I've got... 3 more stories up on the internet, and if any Buffy fans wanna read 'em, just tell me, I'll hook you up with a link. Only one of them is purely mine, though (and I mean that in a "I wrote it" sense, not an "I own the characters" sense. See above disclaimer.). As for my major work, the big one? I think I'm around 275 pages, but I haven't written anything in like a week. I think my muse is on a two-week bender in Tijuana, but wherever she is, she's not here (yes, I firmly believe my muse is a she, because... well, I just do, okay?). Anyway, I think I'm gonna have to go back and re-write a bunch of stuff in my story cuz it's really just not going anywhere right now. Kinda sucks, but I think I can fix it. I hope Okay, that's all for now folks. Later.

All right, we've got a much quicker update than normal today. First off, I'd like to wish a happy belated birthday to Brendan McCann. Bro turned 21 yesterday, so wishin you another great year here. Also, wishin' a very happy 21st birthday today to Elisa Gionfriddo. Also, with the wishing of another great year. Okay, today's stuff: NFL Draft been goin' on for a while, now, and only one Hokie has gone off the list. Lee Suggs was drafted in the fourth round by Cleveland. Cleveland. WHO THE HELL PLAYS IN CLEVELAND?? Anyway, it's my opinion that Willie Pyle needs to go soon, cuz he's pretty good, too. Ronyell Whitaker tho... he doesn't need to play. Got a story posted the other day, and if you want to read it (and you know a lot about the subject matter, which I will refrain from mentioning here) then tell me, I'll give you a link. It's only about 50 pages, and I'm not the only author... actually I had barely anything to do with the more 'R-Rated' parts of it, I'm just dialogue boy. As for my other story, the one I've been working on for a while now, I'm up to page 232. Anybody else really like that Coors Light commercial, dedicated to the wingman? I don't know why, I just like it. Weird. Oh well. I guess that's pretty much it for now. Later

Okay, been a while since I posted. What's been going on? Really not a lot. Matt finally got his site up at www.coldphoenix.com, so check that out. He's got a pretty cool new site design. Of course he does. Why? Because it's been at least two months since his last site redesign. Hey Matt. MAKE UP YOUR MIND! Anyway. Final exams are on the horizon *joy*. Oh yeah, go see Anger Management. I just saw the commercial and it reminded me. That movie is really funny. Check it out. X-Men 2 comes out next week. Friday. That'll be good. Cuz, the first one was, like, good and stuff. I'm really not on my posting game right now. Okay. Story update. I'm now on page 211 and still writing. Oh, and I wrote a short little uh... 15 pager that I sent off to Drake and he hasn't got it back to me yet but that's okay because he's MiSTing it, and it's pretty funny, tho, really, doesn't make sense. Anyway, I think I'm done posting for now. Later.

Okay, it's time to post here again. Good stuff first. Birthday wishes go out to my Uncle Larry, whose birthday is today, tax day. So Happy Birthday to you. Also, Happy Belated Birthday to Benny Vuong, who turned 21 on the 12th, and to Mike MacNabb, who turned 21 on the 11th. So, congrats guys. Birthdays abound. Okay, now bad stuff. My grandmother is in the hospital for various reasons which I won't go into here, but for now, let us just to say that I am not happy about this, and I wish her all the best in getting better. Going home this weekend, too, so I hope to see her there. More bad stuff. Snickers (my dog, for those of you who don't know) has a rare form of cancer. It's inoperable. The doctor said he has maybe six months left, all depending on how comfortable he is, and stuff. So that sucks as well. This hasn't been a good week. Yeah. I don't feel like writing anything else right now. Later.

Okay, this is really starting to annoy me. This is the second time I've written out a huge long post for this thing, only to have Blogger lose it and all that crap. yar. So, we try, now, to recreate the genius that was the original post, but knowing me, it'll just be a half-assed slap-dash job. First and foremost, a very heartfelt thank you to all the folks I got to see down at William & Mary last weekend. You all kick ass, and I miss you guys, and I had a great time. It behooves (I like that word) me at this point to mention the wonderful, the fabulous, the... really good... Kim Le. I mention Kim, here, today, because she rules. When, last night, I declared my undying love for her, she declared me her partner in all things Mutant Enemy, which is almost as good, I suppose. None of that emotion stuff, although I was a little distraught when she later declared her undying love for Jill-Marie, but I soon got over it. Anyway, Kim's a cool chica, and I decided to mention her today because she's got all these opinions and stuff and she lets people know about them on her livejournal, and so I thought I'd let you know. Take a look, folks, it's pretty cool. Also making the blog today are other RASSM'ers (Kim and Jill-Marie are RASSM'ers, I just didn't mention that earlier) I haven't mentioned, but feel it is time they get the recognition they deserve for being... uh... something. I'm sure there's a good word for them, but it doesn't come to mind right now. Anyway, so here's a 'Yo, Whassup' to Hawkins, Drake, Sal, Gumby, Jade and whoever else I left out because of a not-working mind. And Drake, stop talking about Spike and the Golden Girls, or I will have to kick you. Okay, what else... story update. I've got a gross of pages done, and have sent them off to Drake to be beta'd. So hopefully after he reads and returns with comment, I'll be able to make it better, and pound out a crapload of more pages really quickly. The bug bit me, what can I say? Other matters of importance: the 5 episode story arc to end the show Buffy, The Vampire Slayer starts next week. As many of you know, this is a major event, cuz I'm a little (Ha!) obsessed with the show. Anyway, the first of the last is April 15th, an episode called Dirty Girls, in which Faith (yay!) returns to the show. This SHOULD be a lot of fun, but I have very little... faith... in Marti Noxon. Let's hope it's just not a complete pooch screw. Oh, and for today's CMA gesture, Buffy and all related characters are the property of the all mighty Joss Whedon, Fox, UPN, Mutant Enemy and probably a bunch of other people, none of whom are me. Please don't sue me, I have NOTHING. Snow Crash is a great book. It was written by Neal Stephenson. READ IT! Also, the fourth George R. R. Martin book, A Feast of Crows is set to be released in September. I just thought you kids might want to know that. I think this is all the news I have for now. So long, kids.
