To me,Straight Edge is self respect. Plain and simple.
How did you get into it?
A lifetime commitment of making better decisions and having respect for your body.It helps you to live a better life and see the world in a better perspective.
What's the sXe scene like in your area?
Virtually non-existant.My whole school is a giant drug outlet. I constantly get scoffed for being sXe.
What are some of your hobbies?
Listening to music,watching movies,going to concerts,and stand up comedy,lol.
Music tastes?
My music tastes are so widespread...I like all kinds of rock...punk,Oi!,hardcore,classic,emo.Uh...swing,
jazz,80's.Just tons of stuff.Pop can die,and I don't care much for all that rap stuff either...bah.
Fave bands?
AFI,The Cure,Joy Division,The Clash,Queen,Minor Threat,Zao,Stretch Armstrong,Hope For Tomorrow (there's a plug for y'all)...I could make this list go on forever.
Best ever show?
The only really good show I went to was a local band of some friends of mine...Hope For Tomorrow...but I hear also AFI puts on a kick ass live show *shrug*
It's a shame...sXe should be a lifetime commitment...if you don't plan on sticking to it, don't claim it.

Oh wow...thats a long time ago to remember...I think it was the Lion King soundtrack,lol.
