Don't sue. * Lauren traces a line up Sydney's hip, moving over the scar on her abdomen. Sydney winces, as she often does when Lauren touches her; she's ashamed by her desire. Such a lily-white princess she is -- despite all the things she's done, all the things she's had done to her. Lauren knows her betrayal will be the least of it. "Lauren--" Lauren places her finger on Sydney's lips before replacing it with her mouth. She draws out the kiss, giving them both something to remember. "Goodbye." She says it lightly, like it's not final. (She will do the same with Michael.) Part of her wants to tell Sydney the truth of her twisted life -- she's been a bad girl starving for redemption and, sometimes, finding it. (But not with them.) "I'll see you," Sydney says. No she won't. Not ever again. And Lauren knows that after she's disappeared, they will piece together the fragments, find out what she's done. What she's been doing for years. Michael and Sydney will change her part in this tale from go-between to wicked witch.
