Welcome to
my own little area in Cyberspace.
I've been in love
with PCs right from my school days. I started out programming in BASIC and later
on COBOL, PASCAL, FORTRAN. Moving to C and C++ was one of my favorite phases in
my programmer life!.
Along came C# and .NET and now I am digging into web services and writing
managed code.
Internet
& Network Security has always tempted me, so does "White-hat" hacking and
computer forensic science. Hope I get a chance to study those stuff in-depth.
It is a pity that not many colleges
offer courses on digital forensic computing and that few, that do offer, does not have scholarships to avail of ;(.
The good news is that I've just completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws
and Intellectual Property Rights (PGDCL & IPR) through the University of
Hyderabad and currently working on my project on "Forensic Tools & Techniques".
I love to work in challenging environments with the latest
technologies. Monotonous jobs makes me feel very depressed and kills ones
creativity. Jobs for me should be interesting that you can't wait to get back to work
the next day morning!!
I work as Systems Officer -
Research Informatics at The International Crops Research Institute for the
Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), India. I also write for a magazine called "SAMACHAR"
published from Manila, Philippines. Articles are related to computers and
information technology.
You could check out some of my articles from the
link above. If you are interested in Web services, C# and Interoperability
(mostly .NET Interop) my articles on codeproject would be helpful. Of late
I've been spending a lot of time on my Ubuntu OS and
here is a compilation of useful sites on Ubuntu.
My
main area of interest are mostly centered around
