| This Web site is based on the productive results of the European Science Foundation Exploratory Workshop "Early Symbolic Systems of Communication in Southeast Europe" held in Karlovo (Bulgaria), 14-20 April 2002. It was hosted by Prehistory Foundation (Sofia - Karlovo). The goal of the site is to represents some of the communications from the Workshop and to support further research on the topic by involving scholars from different fields of research, as well as by founding network of related to the topic Web pages and cross-cultural communication system. |
