It's pink and simple. I do like the petals that are surrounding the image though, since I think it's quite hard to find an anime-ish image of cherry blossoms on Google.

Layout Design: 15/20
I can't say much for the layout, since I think it's easy to create and doesn't really bring out anything visually creative and interesting.

Link Me >> You obviously have a lot of 88x31 buttons, but I'm wondering why they don't take up the entire space of the contents box. You could have arranged them into four columns, but instead you have arranged them into two columns by six rows. It just leaves an awkward empty space there.
Links >> Maybe a short description of each link so I know why they are placed there? If it's a link exchange thing, you should still indicate something so visitors will know.
Contact Me >> That's a lot of contact information, a + in my opinion. This way, people can reach you if needed.

I know I've docked some points off your site for having a simple layout and such, but the amount of contents and effort you have put into this site override those frivolous matters. If I were a Dragon Ball GT fan, I would have liked to learn all these facts about Bra Briefs, and I would visit again. There's things to improve, but I'm sure you will master the art of web designing in due time.
