First Impression (7.5/10)
The splash page is organized, yet I would like to point out something. The way your requirements are set up is a bit cluttered. Try putting spaces between the plus sign and the words, as well as capitalizing the first letter of each requirement. This will provide a more attractive appearance, example:

Frames + I.Explorer + 800x600 = Cherry Blossom

The overall layout of the website is set up neatly. The colors don't clash and are easy to read. Though you could try to use headers for the content like you did with the navigation. It would also be nice if there was an indication of where the updates are, that way you can put the most recent update and put the others on a separate page. Otherwise, the content and navigation is organized neatly.

You seem like a cheerful and energetic girl. Though I would advise you to cut down a bit on the emoticons and slang such as 'lol.'

You have a fair amount of content. In your profile, you could make your picture a thumbnail to make it look less crowded. You list a lot of information about yourself. You provide more content for the visitor than any of the other sections. The way the sections are set up sort of made me think it was a personal site or something instead of a shrine/fansite.

There is a lot of indepth information about Bra, though you don't list the basic stats. It's more set up as a story format with pictures included. I was hoping for a more detailed descripition and how she developed in the series. Your image gallery provides a decent amount of images. Otherwise, you have a lot of interactive content for the visitor

You seem to know what you are doing when it comes to HTML, based on your knowledge of frames and tables. I would suggest, however, you use either PHP or SSI includes, this will make it much easier to update, ecspecially since you have a table layout and a fair amount of content.

On the 'Who am I?' page, you had two broken images. 'Which Tekken Character Are You' and the one below it. You seem to have many images around your site, using thumbnails may provide a less overwhelming appearance.

I expected much more on that character, because after all, it is a shrine to her. Another thing was your use of slang and emoticons. Try to cut down on that for a more professional look.

I can see you have potential as a webdesigner. Try fixing around some parts of the site, which I advised earlier. Cut down on some of the slang and emoticons. You have many images and content to keep the visitors around. Also, it would be nice if there was more information about the character, which I thought wasn't enough based on how much information you had on yourself and the interaction for the visitor.
