1. Cleanse your energies every day of all you wake up with that blocks you beaming and being radiant in love with All That Is. This is a sign that your energy body is not vibrating to its highest potential and that you still hold unresolved energies within your energy field. 2. Align your energies every day to Source and the Earth core through connecting your chakras through a tube of light and extending that tube down into the very centre of the Earth, grounding yourself. Then extend the tube of light to the Sun and to the Central Sun beyond, and through that pillar to Source. Ask the Inner Plane Ascended Masters to assist you to connect your energy body to Source through this process. 3. Call upon your Divine Presence to merge with you. If you have any way of knowing what your divine name is, it is important for you to sing this in a mantra, and this will activate your energy body to raise in vibration and all your chakras to begin clearing any distortions from them that do not resonate with the vibration of your soul nature. 4. Recognise you are not alone and that there are many watching over you. These ones come closer to you when you focus on the love and light and the presence of God/dess. Ask for assistance when you need it and I suggest you do that every day in relationship to asking for healing for your energy body and any energies between you and any others on the Earth. 5. Take responsibility for your creations in life and let go of using the words “you” and replace it with “I”. Recognise universal law and that all is your divine mirror. Take responsibility for your karma even if it looks like your partner is playing it out for you. If you do not feel love for something, you hold karmic memories in relationship to this energy and it is important for you to resolve your karma even if your mind feels that it is not yours. 6. Recognise the mind is merely one aspect of your being and it does not hold the answers to all your questions. It is primarily built up of memories and unless it is cleared, the highest potential is to offer it healing each day by asking it to release its thought forms and judgements that do not recognise the divine in all … to Source. 7. Send all questions that you have from your mind to your Divine Presence and know that you will receive some form of an answer within 3-7 days of this. It is important to recognise that God/dess lives within you and this is your Divine Presence or God Presence. 8. If you have any serious problems in your life, know it is created through karma or through sacred agreements that you hold to take on the karma of other beings. Become aware that you can break any agreements that you may have made in any other lives as soon as you are aware of them. Know that all other experiences from all other lives and dimensions affect you in this life. 9. If you have not already made a full choice to commit to creating your reality how you would like it to be, I would suggest that you make that choice. Know that as soon as you do this, you will begin a huge cleansing of all energies that are held within your energy field or bodies that creates you to live in a reality that is not of the highest resonance for your being. This is an initiation, and at this time you really need great assistance from the Family of Light, and know that if you are sincere on your path with this and honouring yourself by doing the inner work necessary to achieve this, you will be given more assistance and more opportunities to grow than you can actually receive. This is the Law of Abundance and Creation at work. The key is that you must place the inner work and commitment into truly creating this. It’s not essential that you know how for this will come from within or from others who are sent to you in divine timing. The real key is that you really do choose to do this and this is your primary focus and you are prepared to let go of anything in your life that may be blocking you from creating this. Know that all your attachments will arise in your face because this is a part of the natural process of letting go. Know that you’re not alone because a huge amount of people on the planet are doing the same journey as you and can relate to any of the difficulties that you are having in integrating who you truly are on the Earth. Ask and you shall receive, and I particularly recommend the Inner Plane Ascended Masters to you and training with them. 10. Don’t let your mind control your reality, yet simultaneously give respect to it through listening to it. Simultaneously listen to your heart and to your body. Make your decisions through balancing these and know that if you do choose to follow your heart and your mind totally disagrees with this, it will let go if you love it. By this, I mean sending love from your heart to the energies that run through your mind that say no to this. In other words, we all know about the busy minds and the many thought forms that can flow through them. In this I am saying, send love (the energy, not the concept) to these thought forms and to the parts of you that are having these thoughts. Thoughts do not pop out of nowhere; they are manifested by the memories that arise from your cellular memory each day. They can be seen as aspects of your consciousness. It is important to love all aspects of yourself and the only true way to manifest this is to create the expansion of the love that lives within your heart out through your energy field. Immediately you do this, all quietens itself and balances itself within your energy body and peace comes to your being. 11. Allow yourself to discern without judging. To make another wrong because you do not resonate with this energy is a judgement. To see the divine in all others and all their actions allows you and them to be freed of any negative attachments and karmic relationships. It also allows the love to flow through the universe. Train your mind to see the divine in all, and simultaneously learn to discern what is for you and what is not, without judgement. In this, I ask each of you to let go of words in your life and vocabulary that comes through your being that creates limitation in this way. 12. Know there is a higher purpose for all that is occurring in your life and there is a Divine Plan. This Divine Plan is your divine blueprint and it contains the sacred encodements of your Source connection and experience through all dimensions. It is downloading through you as you make new choices in your life and each time you receive repatterning of your energy body that creates change internally and then externally. Understand that when internal change is manifesting after the repatterning process, you may experience inner turmoil if you are not fulfilling all your energy body needs in life. For example, if you your energy body is lacking the love vibration, negative feelings may arise. Simultaneously, if your energy body is lacking the light vibration, unclarity and confusion may arise. Also, if your energy body is lacking the power of creation and its vibration, ungrounded actions may create blockage in your life. The following are a series of teams of beings who can assist you through this time of great change. They will come to you in the evening and offer you healing or whenever you choose, if you so ask for this. They will not come and work with your energy body unless you ask. Your own Divine Presence will also merge with you naturally as you attune to joy and love. Your Presence will not be able to merge with you deeply unless your energy body is cleared as it will not be able to anchor into your auric egg unless it is vibrating at a specific frequency. The Arcturian Emissaries They specialise in the wiring systems of the lightbody ... the circuitry of the body and the transition process in birth and death under the guidance of the Arcturian Elders. Their mastery is the lightbody and they powerfully assist all beings to release and transmute all energies through all dimensions of experience. The Pleiadian Emissaries They work deeply with your soul and your soul body and the repatterning of energies lodged in the emotional and etheric bodies. They also offer the cosmic roses of light ... which are healing lights of God/dess. These divine beings, when called upon, assist all beings to attune to their Divine Feminine nature and to heal all wounds through the feminine bodies of receptivity. The Sirian Archangelic Light League They work deeply with unresolved learnings, thoughts, ideas within the mental and spiritual bodies ... the divine blueprint, the light ki codes and sacred geometries of the body ... understandings from the higher universities of light on Sirius A and within the core of the Great Central Sun ... the Universal Mind of God/dess. These divine beings, when called upon, assist all beings to attune to their Divine Masculine nature and to heal all wounds through the masculine bodies of transmission. The Andromedan Galactic Federation of Healers They work deeply with the birthing and transition process, the portals in the body and the fluids within the body. They also assist you to heal your divine connection to your child nature and to release all issues with blood family and the genetic line through 7 generations of your lineage. These divine beings, when called upon, assist all beings to attune to their divine child nature and to heal all wounds through the androgenous bodies of being as one. Federation of Galactic Healers These are a mixture of races of healers that work in co-operation with The Arcturian Temple Workers and The Ashtar Command. These emissaries come from the 600 races of the Galactic Federation and each hold specialties in relationship to the healing of the energy body, the soul and the unification of all energies into the Oneness. These beings are master healers who often oversoul the other teams who are written about here. The Venusian Temple Workers The Venusians are golden etheric beings that anchor the sun’s energy for the Earth and radiate the love vibration throughout the Earth and Venusian System. They often arrive to assist in crisis situations to anchor the love vibration around the being in crisis. They are regarded by all in the galactic network as supreme commanders of the light vehicle or body and its inner workings. Their primary focus with this body is an aspect of the lightbody called the love body. They regenerate and heal this body so all beings may receive experience of their love again. They sing the body with the languages of love for the purpose of healing the body. The Chiron Master Healers of The Light These beings have been heralded by The Galactic Lightforce as supreme healers whose area of focus is the etheric network of the lightbody, the emotional sutures and the fragments of the light vehicle that cease to allow the activation of the light vehicle. They repattern the diamond plates of all beings’ energy bodies. It is the diamond plates that allow the flow of God Consciousness within the energy body. Often, these have been fractured during other lives through great experiences of separation from Source.
