245DL - OLD TIMER PAGE

This is a couple of words about my old Brick.
It is fairly stock '79 245DL, with some upgrades and modifications.
The milage is unknown, the odometer stopped long time ago.
I think it has about 400K km (250K miles), and still clicking.....


ENGINE
- stock B21A  100hp/5250
- single SU carb
- ignition upgraded to breakerless


INTERIOR upgrades
- GT yellow sport gauges (airplane style)
- GT small steering wheel
- power windows
- power mirrors
- power locks

EXTERIOR upgrades
- GL alloy rims
- air dam
- square front lights ('80 and up) style
- clear corner lights

I really like the airplane style gauges and the small GT steering wheel.
Have you noticed the ODO reading ? Yes, it is zero. That is because it is broken.
I have tried to fix it once, but the parts inside are worn out. That is why I left it at zer
