The gang was going to hang out at the pond after school, Ashley, Jada, Jeff, Jimmy & Chris all drove over in Jimmy's van, an old chevy van that his dad gave him.. (his dad owned an auto wrecking & gas station) He didn't have a drivers lisence, but drove mostly on the back dirt roads. Tom worked at a lumber yard, he had his own truck, a '57 chevy, pretty beat up, he had picked up Jesse earlier that day & gone to the pond.
When the others got there, Tom & Jesse were hanging out with some of the others that hung out at the pond. Ashley felt a little jealous, Jesse was talking to this girl named Kammie, who had been with several guys & Ashley & Jada considered a big slut-
Jada & Tom had a sort of thing going between them, they weren't steady, but they had fun together-
Tom & Ashley were brother & sister, their Dad drove truck Nation Wide, their Mom Managed the bar in town, the owner was an older Man, Mr. Dowerty.
Jeff & Chris were brothers, Jeff a little over 4 years older than Chris-- Jeff had a thing for Ashley, a BIG thing, so did Jesse, and Ashley liked them both-
Jesse and Jada were twins, very protective of eachother, they lived with their Grampa, Jasper, way out down a dirt road in the mountains, in a cabin Jasper had built years ago- They had been living with their Grampa for almost all their lives, he was like their Dad.

At Hide Away Pond, Jada went over to Jesse, bumping him with her hip,
"What's up Jess ?" she gave Kammie a dirty look, he raised his eyebrows,
"Jada, you guys are here. Where's Ash ?" she looked at him with a look he knew too well, "What ?" Jada gave Kammie a dirty look,
"Excuse us-" she pulled Jesse away without waiting for an answer from Kammie, to Jesse, she said, "What the hell are you doin' talkin' to that tramp ? You knew we were gonna be here !" he laughed,
"I wasn't screwin' her ! We were just talkin'-" Jada shrugged,
"You're gonna blow it with Ashley-" they walked over to Tom's truck, where everyone was gathered, Ashley was talking with Jeff. Jada gave Jesse a look as if to say 'See ?'
Jeff & Ashley were laughing, looking pretty close, Jesse, being loud & somewhat obnoxious, jumped into their conversation-
