Proof that I'm not supported:  I make the following statement.
I think the My T-mobile web site is rather poor.
Here's why.
Overview of the steps to use T-Mobile Minute Analyzer (more detail is in a file you download with the Analyzer):

1.  Download the .zip file.  Unzip it.

2.  Logon to My T-Mobile and download your minutes used.

3.  Move or copy the file of downloaded minutes used to the desktop.

4.  Open T-Mobile_minute_analyzer.xls

5.  Allow/approve Excel to run macros.

6.  Click "Yes" to "keep clipboard" dialog.
System requirements:  Windows 7 (beta) or Vista or XP or 2000, Excel 95 or later.

Here is the list of what is not ideal

Download a .zip file which contains:      (need
help using a .zip file?)
   1.  the Analyzer
   2.  detailed instructions for running the Analyzer
   3.  detailed instructons for downloading minutes used detail from My T-Mobile
   4.  an example usage*.csv file in case you want to run the Analyzer before downloading yours
   5.  donation info
