Enhanced and maintained a financial accounts system that produces client investment performance reports. Analyzed user issues, defined requirements, and programmed solutions, mentored new employees.

Major Deliverables:

·        Used COBOL III with SQL to access and populate a new DB2 reporting database from flat and indexed files; this involved analysis work with the users, and much interaction with the DBAs

·        Used Xpediter for system and unit testing;

·        Managed code using Endevor;

·        Utilized Lotus Notes for documentation and specifications filing, and for email;

·        Used CICS in 1999 for 1 year;

·        Extracted data from an AS400 Mini for conversion to DB2 files

·        Enabled Mainframe accessed using Reflection All in 1 and Telnet.
