Travis Black is a retired engineer who has written one unpublished novel, “Too Many Secrets,” and several short stories. All of the stories listed below have been published in various e-zines.

Travis lives in Missouri with his wonderful wife and is the father of three grown children. In the past he was the President of the St. Louis Writers Guild. He enjoys writing suspense, ghost, spy, and horror stories.

Three boys search for ghosts in a cemetery on Halloween night, and a ghoul finds one of them.
“Trick or Treat” was nominated as a candidate for the Second Annual Best of the Web ’99 Contest, it was published in the December issue of ‘The 13th Story’, the October edition of ‘The Story Exchange’, and the October edition of ‘The Write Gallery’ under the name “The Ghoul of Metairie.”
