Greeting from TACC Chairman, Dr. Jay Guan Chartered by the State of Texas in March of 1996, the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting business opportunities for its members both locally and globally; to fostering a prosperous relationship between the Asian-American communities and the community at large; and to creating greater awareness of important issues facing Texans.
