Presents ROCKET:  A Tribute to Dead or Alive CD
Release Party at NEO - Chicago on May 26th, 2005.

Clubgoers anxiously lined up to check out their usual venue, but were delighted to find
out that they were also partaking in a 'rare' tribute to Dead or Alive to kick off the night.
The club was decorated with ROCKET posters, flyers and give-a-ways included:
2 specially designed buttons for the event, ROCKET & FIXX Tribute CD's, DOA CD's
& import singles and the ROCKET card, which gave website information about Dead or
Alive, Section 44, The ROCKET Fansite and how to order the ROCKET CD.  Needless
to say, when it was time for the give-a-ways, the crowd went wild and the items went fast!  Doors promptly opened at 10p.m. while the sound system greeted guests to the Dead or Alive classic "Cake and Eat It."   Immediately the dance floor was filled and continued to
stay that way throughout the evening.   Several announcements were made by D.J.
Kristine to promote the new CD and Dead or Alive.  She even played a slightly different version of "Black Leather" by Nightmares in Wax to showcase Pete's early work.
D.J. Kristine closed the ROCKET party with kudos to Section 44, the DOA fans and
ROCKET producers, Empire State Human by playing the Human League's classic
"Empire State Human" as a tribute to ESH.

*Special thanks to D.J. Kristine, D.J. Dave Roberts, the entire staff at NEO and the
Planet Earth Website.  You helped make the evening ROCK! ROCK! ROCK!
