Winter Love

I hold you in my arms to calm your fears,
Placing my hand ever so softly on your face,
And rubbing gently away your crystal tears.
We both smile lightly as my heart begins to race.
The comfort of each other brings warmth to my heart
And your beauty reminds me of a masterpiece of art.
An eternity in a moment, a second in an hour,
Spring brings the birth of the first bloomed flower,
Summer brings the sun, and Autumn; the first cold shower.
Then our love'll bring again the memories of this winter day.
And new ones are born as we always wish for and pray.
