WE'RE BACK ONLINE!!! YES!!!
After about 3 weeks of not being able to online because both the comp in my room and Hikaru's room had their modem shot by lightning. But, now's its back but I can't really use it because my mid year exams are just around the corner.
I thought I had mentioned to my parents that my exams are near but they're a trip to Johor because they think that everybody needed a break. Its a nice thought but why now??!!!! And why Johor??!!! And to top it all out, Hikaru and Litebink's not going because Hikaru doesn't want to miss her Mandarin classes which is on Saturday and Litebink has classes this week. So that leaves only me. When I had resigned myself that nothing could happen to cancel this trip, I asked around school what is interesting about Johor. Everybody just stared and said,"Well, its just across Singapore". Swell.
We're going to Desaru by car so its gonna take us about 5 hours. Better bring some mangas so that I don't die of boredom.
Okay, because I suddenly forgot all the stuff I wanted to say, ja!

That was fun. Can we do it again?
My school had our Sport's Day today. Anybody who had been paying attention to me ranting in my previous entries will know that I had to perform Taerobics. Its supposed to be a combination of Taekwondo and aerobics but it looks more like Taekwondo+Taichi. So, it should be Taikchi, right?
Anyway, everybody who was taking part in the Sport's Day(etc: march past, taerobics or the band) had to come early in the morning to do rehearsals. This was a drag because I had to come 6 hours earlier just to practice something that was about 3 minutes long. You could say that all we taekwondo girls did was either playing with the breakable planks or lazing around and stuffing our mouths full with food.
Oh yeah, just now girl A wanted to try and break the breakable plank so she asked girl B to hold it for her. Girl B agreed. Girl A tried kicking the planks slowly just to get her bearing as to where the middle of the board was while girl B was waiting patiently. Then, girl A did a quick side kick but she missed the boarad but hit girl B's hand right smack on the index finger. It must have been quite a powerful kick because the finger quickly swelled and I think a vein popped because I saw this blue coloured vein-looking thing appearing on her finger. It was a good thing that we were in the tunnel under the grand stand where the emergency room was situated. We were really worried but after a while, girl B was seen again practicing but her finger was bandaged. I think the PBSM girl had massaged the finger to soothe the swelling. Good thing nothing worst happened.
By the time the actual Sport's Day started, I was already tired and irritated because it was hot and I felt that I just wasted my morning sleep. But, doing the performance was fun. I wish we could do it again. Everybody cheered when we bowed in the beginning. I only did 1 mistake which was at the end when we were supposed to do a last bow. I kinda spaced out and was looking around to make sure that everybody else was bowing too.
Before the performance ended, 4 black belt seniors were supposed to do the 'destruction' where they are supposed to break real wood boards. This part is always worrying because the last senior always cannot break break her wood but this time she did it but another senior didn't manage to break hers. This was shocking because she usually does hers wonderfully. She tried breaking it a number of times of I guess she couldn't break it because she didn't kick it quite in the middle. When the performance had finished, we could see her crying in the tunnel. I guess it must be horrible, especially when its your last year in school.
Let's fast forward now, my house won quite a number of races and in the end we won the overall sports for the 4th or 5th time in a row. Cheerleaders was okay, managed to bug my friend while she was doing it. Then, I rushed to the nearest toilet becasue I drank about 2 or 3 litres of water. I was positively bloated. Then went back home.
Another thing, Flyindance, you can find out my second name from the girl you asked because she asked me today. Sorry, but I can't remember her name. I thought I mentioned my name to you before?
Okay, need to replenish my lost sleep. Ja.

Song: The Neverending Story Theme
"This is something that's worth going on the net to blog about," says Taiyou.
My class has always been commented by teachers as a unactive class because of our slower than worm interaction with the teachers in class. But hey, if the teacher's not interesting, who can blame us? Now, they know that 3W is a class that can be active AND synchronized when the time calls for it. Like this one...
Today during physical ed. we were listening to the teacher who was teaching about drugs. I(like always) was burning a hole into the ceiling while chatting to Azi when something shocking happened. I was staring at the fan on the ceiling in the front of the class when suddenly the one of the wire from the fan came off and then the whole fan came crashing down. You could hear us scream with perfect unison.
Even though the fan was on maximum speed, thank god when it landed it didn't whirl to the back where it could have injured more people.
It landed straight down where one girl wasn't so lucky. One of the blades hit a girl on her left side of her upper head. Another girl who was sitting across of the first girl, narrowly missed getting swiped by 2 blades and our teacher missed a blade by a mere few inches from her face.
The first thing I did when everybody has stopped screaming was climb over my table to switch off the lights and the fans. After that, me and Sheila was shouting to the rest of the class to get out because we feared that other fans might fall down. The girl whom the fan landed on was so unusually calm to the point that I think she was in shock. She took off her glasses and started murmuring or whimpering and then she was whipped off by her friend and our teacher to the office.
The rest of us stood outside of the class hugging each other while trying to avoid looking at the blood drops on the floor. Some of us was already crying while the others were obviously trying not to cry. Even Kaiten was crying in the end. While we were consoling each other, our 'beloved' class teacher didn't even come over to check on us. I mean, even other teachers who didn't teach us came over to check whether we were okay!
Because our class is unusable because of safety reasons, now we have to use the AVA Room. This is very good because the AVA Room has aid-cond!!! This is one good thing that came out of this horrible accident. But...we can't study properly because the AVA Room is not suited for doing work. It's used for using the OHP and other letchure stuff. Everybody who didn't eat during recess because of shock got a free drink paid by the head mistress.
I guess the trip's officially cancelled now eh, Hemlocke? But, its for our safety too. We might infect each other. My taekwondo teacher went to Korea/Taiwan last weeks and when he cmae back, he saw us once and the the next thing we knew he is in quarantine because of SARS. I think us taekwondo girls are now being monitored by the teachers because we might have been infected by our teacher. This is so frustating!!! I had even sat about 1.5 metres from the guy and now he's in quarantine?!! But... its been more than a week and I feel fine other than my everlasting cold and fatigue from doing nothing. I guess I'm still okay.
Okay, too tired to write anymore. Later.

WAIIIII!!!! ITS HERE!!! and also, CONGRATULATIONS DR.HEMLOCKE!!!
Yesterday, while having dinner with the family, my parents were having the usual conversation where about 93% of it is conquered by my mother where my dad only get a few words in edgewise. The topic is the usual, the war in iraq and the war between my mom and all the people in her office(yes, my mother is an anti-social and a perfectionist. What a combo). After a while, we started talking about random stuff. This usually means that dinner is almost finished. Suddenly, my mom said:
Mama: taiyou,(real name not written to protect privacy) just now there was a call for you from Konikonya.(Yes, my mother still can't pronounce Kinokuniya even after so long)
Taiyou: Really? What'd they say?
Mama: Something about the 'comic' you ordered had arrived.
I resisted the urge to start jumping right there when I saw the raised eyebrow from my dad. Damn, why did the person had to say 'comic'. They could have said 'japanese book' instead. Anyway, the book I ordered is TCP. I want it now!!! They took about a month to get it, instead of the written 2 months. Interesting...*runs to count money*
Today, me and Fly are going to KLCC tp pick it up and to order more books. And also to buy our usual mangas, X, Furuba and HikaGo. Fly said that she wanted this manga called Aishiteruze Baby. She said it was cute and the language is perfect for learning japanese because it was quite easy.
Tonight I'm going to this school dinner. Can't wait for that too. Will write about that maybe tomorrow.
Paging Dr.Hemlocke, paging Dr.Hemlocke, you are needed in the mental department. Hehe. Congrats, Hemlocke-san!!!! At last, a doctor in our midst. Now, have to wait 5 more years for Fly to graduate.....
Okay, my arms are tired. Later!

Is it bad to wish pain onto certain people?
This last week has been a rollercoaster ride for me. I have been tricked, annoyed, sexually harrassed and tired out. But hey, that's life, right?
The reason I'm angry is this.Just now, while I was waiting for our driver to come and pick me up after tuition, something disgusting happened to me. It was around 4.45 at that time. K.L.'s rainy season was only beginning so the rain was pouring down in torrents. That day, our driver was late so I waited at the corner of outside of this shop because it was the i9deal place to see incoming cars. In my impatience to go home, I didn't realize that there was this old geezer walking towards me.
The old geezer stopped walking about a metre away from me and then he stood against the wall. I paid no heed because I thought he was only taking shelter from the rain. Boy, am I stupid. Before the old geezer came, there was this one woman near me but she had already left. Back to the story, after a while, I turned to the right because I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss the car and to do this I had to look past the old man. I noticed that he was smiling in a weird way. I ignored him and continued me watch of the road.
After a few minutes, I thought I heard a person calling out 'Adik, adik'. In Malay, 'adik' means little sister. Its also used by people who has no relation with each other to call somebody younger than them. Example, a shopkeeper calling a child asking what he wants . Anyway, I ignored at first but being the very curious person I am, I turned to look at who was calling this out. It was the old man.
Here comes the ultra-disgusting part, the old man was calling out to me because he wanted me to see him touching himself! My gaze only travelled to that part of his body when I saw him smiling that weird smile again and he was moving his hands in a weird manner. I think it was the shock that prevented me from screaming my head off then. All I did was give him a look of shock+disgust and turned to stand in front of this other shop that had a lot more people in it. I coulldn't go very far because I'm not familiar with the area. I was so scared, my kness was shaking. I made sure the old man didn't get near me so I had to alternate my gaze between him and the road. He didn't come near me. All he did was stare at women who was walking past smiling at ever-weird smile of his.. What a pervert. To think at first I thought he looked like a grandfether looking homeless. Oh yeah, he's a homeless.(Not that I have anything against homeless)
This is one of those rare times that I wished that random lightning attacks could kill. Maybe then, one would strike him. People nowadays are so sick and most of them are so sexually deprived that they can't control themselves when they see the opposite sex. They don't even think about what their actions will effect the other person. It was only when I got home that I remembered that across the road from I was bothered, there was this mini police station. Imagine, the guy had some guts to do this despicable act so near to a police station. Yes, society nowadays are sick.
Have to go now, I feel too sick to type. I think I'm gonna call a friend. I need a friend right now.
Last Wednesday, me and my classmates had to get our Tetanus shots. They said this shot is to prevent infection if you stepped on a rusted nail or something. On the previous day, we heard the girls in the class beside us either shouting or howling in pain. Some people already got nervous just hearing them. I didn't because I knew some of the girls were a bit 'over'.
Anyway, before getting the actual shot, we had to get the routine examination. They checked our blood pressure, weight, height and all. Some fo my friends got a warning from the nurse to control their diet because they were almost obese(not sure how to spell this. It means extremely fat). Thank god I wasn't at that level.
The nurse also asked us whether we are sick at that moment because they want to know whether we are taking any antibiotics. I told the nurse that I have flu all year around, and somehow she didn't look suprised. She just wrote on the paper that I had flu on and off.
My friend, Tim/Kaiten, had to spend a loooooong time answering the nurse's questions because she had an operation 2 years ago and she gets asthma attacks very often. If I'm not mistaken she got an attack just that morning. Because of that, she got excused from getting the shot. Curse you!! But.... in compensation, she got a long lecture about getting on a diet. Right back at cha'!
I was the 4th person to get the shot. The first girl, brought a towel with her. She used the towel to bite. Whether it was used to release her nerviousness or just to muffle her screams, I do not know. But after getting her shot, she opened her eyes and said, 'Is that it? Ceh!'. Then she left the room looking like she was the king of the world.
I didn't know that we could get the shot done on either arms, so I had it done on my right because the chair was positioned that way. Now, I can't write because my arm is cramped. I can hardly raise my arms to do anything!I even had to wash my hair with one hand!
Another thing, for our Sports's Day this year, I thought that I could finally relax because there was always something that I had to join. This year, I have to join this exhibition thingy that is done by the Taekwondo club. Its kinda like a presentation, taekwondo moves+cheerleading+tai-chi. Nice combi. The end results are very.... painful to the eyes. Its also painful to the girls who got the Tetanus shots because its very fast and requires us to raise our arms and spar against each other.
Okay, that's all rant for noW.Gotta go finish my unfinished art project.

I'M SOOOOO HAPPY I FEEL I'M GONNA BURST!!!!
WHAT FUN!. All three of us, me,Fly, and Litebink went to Kinokuniya and went on a manga buying rampage. Here's a list of what we bought:
X - volume 14, 15 and 16
Hikaru no Go - volume 18 and 20
Chobits - volume 4
Fruits Basket - volume 2-5
Me and Fly also spent quite a time searching for Tokyo Crazy Paradise but it wasn't available in the shop. I had the ISBN numbers with me at that time so Fly persuaded me to order.
Truthfully, I seem to have a problem talking to people whom I am not familiar with. I'll either act very silent or become very outspoken because I really don't know how to act around them. I nearly didn't order the book because I was a bit nervous about the idea of talking with the shoplady. But, Fly was there so I didn't get a chance to run away.
In the end, its a good thing Fly forced me to talk to the lady. One of the reasons she told me was, "What are you so scared of? Just ask! If the lady sounds unsure, just order, its not like they'll get angry or anything'. Okay, that's not was she said exactly, but it means the same. Now, I have the receipt taped to my table, all I have to do is wait 2 months for the book to arrive.^^ v!!!
Bleh. Maybe I should have ordered more than one book if its gonna take that long.
What else.... yesterday Litebink bought Chobits VCDS. Now we have from episode number 1-15 and 19-27. The numbers in between is currently unavailable. We'll just have to depend on the manga to know what goes on in the middle. If I'm not mistaken, Hemlocke once said that the REAL story actually starts from the 19th episode. Its because only then that Hideki stops acting like an idiot. I wonder what episode the 2 supercomputers come in....
Got an art project that's due this Friday. I am in no mood to do it. Oh well, I'll do it tonight, if I'm up to it.

AT LAST!!!! IT IS UP!!!
My wish of making a layout that will LITERALLY blind everybody's eyes has finally come true. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Ahem. Actually this layout is not really finished but the 'datenshi' layout was getting to me.Like Fly, I cannot stand black for long. I love bright and cheery colours!(Now I think I know why my friends started calling me Sunshine... heh). Looking at Fly's face while she was butchering the FFX-2 picture really made me want to use it because her eyes clearly said 'If she doesn't use this picture, I will kill her!'. Okay, she didnt't actually say it but it sure looked like it.
I took above picture from the last page of Tokyo Crazy Paradise. Now, I kinda spoiled it to everyone that this manga has a happy ending. Like Fly, I am currently in love with this manga although I already know the ending. The mangaka really knows how to make SD faces. Especially on Ryuji which turns a very serious looking person into a brainless looking guy. That reminds me, gotta ask Tim to draw it for me. Sorry,Tim!
I'm currently on a 5 day holiday to celebrate Hari Raya Qurban. Most other schools only get holiday for Wednesday and Thursday but my school extended it to Friday so when you combine it with the weekends, you get 5 days! Lucky! But, we have to replace the Friday by going to school on the next week's Saturday(if I'm not mistaken...). Should have guessed...
I have a crisis right now.I'm supposed to make dried flowers and I'm supposed to use a microwave but our microwave is currently in the shop. I'm thinking of using the oven but I might burn the flowers instead. Other than the natural way which is drying it under the sun, what other ways can you dry a flower? Anybody? The flowers must retain its colour.
Okay, using the computer for too long has made me very tired. Tell me what you think about this layout, people, so that I can better myself (Wow, aren't I very lowly today...). I'll take comments to the best as I can.
