1. Finance -- Mortgage for the house, Car loan, Student Loan   BANKING, opening an account, ATM   how to get a TAXPAYER ID number, TAXATION, Tax Returns, Benefits, W4, W2, 1040.  IRA, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks, Shares, public and private corporations, Stock Market

2. Health -- Doctors, Dentists, Health Care Programs (HMOs, PPOs, etc.)  Hospitals, Prescriptions, Pharmacies, RN, DC, DO, MD

3. Transportation -- Road Rage, How can I get my Driver's License?  Tips about buying a car.  Where can I get a reliable car?  How much is a good car?

4. Multicultural Issues --
The Typical U.S. attitude toward Money, Work, vacations   (2 weeks.  In Europe, 4 to 6 weeks),  Time,  Waiting in Line, Can you think outside the box?,  Can you follow the rules?  Can you wait?   Can you please go away?  Can you ignore this problem?   Rule Number 1:  The customer is always right.  When the customer is wrong or when the customer annoys (bothers, irritates) you, please remember Rule Number 1. POLITICS, RELIGION, Churches, Clubs, Associations, Things and issues that separate people and create groups, Homosexuals,  DINKS, YUPPIES, Soccer Moms, 

5. Family --  Nietos,  Sobrinas, Primas, Abuelo, Tio

6. House -- 
Repairs, Mortgage (FIXED AND VARIABLE Mortgages), How to buy stuff, how to bargain, how to negotiate.   How to buy a house or rent an apartment.  Condo/Association/ by-laws.  Rules.  condo commando.

7. Immigration --Visiting the USA for the first time, The tourist visa, a change of status, visas, travel abroad, citizenship, F-1, etc.
  
8. Work --  The puritan work ethic, What do you need to know about work in the USA?  Employment

9. Education --
School, High School, University, Student Loan  (see Finance), SAT, PSAT, GRE, GED, GMAT, CLAST, Standard Tests, 

10.  Fun --  Restaurants, Vacation, Amusement parks... how much should I tip?
Climate and Geography of Florida, USA and North America.

   New Year’s Day (January 1),  Martin Luther King, Jr. Day,  President’s Day (February),  St. Patrick’s Day (March 17),  Memorial Day (the fourth weekend in May),  Flag Day (June 14),  The Fourth of July,  Bastille Day (July 14)  (Not an official holiday but many people like to remember Lafayette),  Labor Day (The Monday after the first Saturday in September),  Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in November),  Christmas Words to Songs (Lyrics)  Christmas, Songs for Irish and English Pubs.
BONUS CHAPTERS about LOVE  and Relationships This section is very honest and it has words that are not useful for children under 16 years of age.
