Established in 1986, the company is closely held and managed by four partners, all active in the business. Control Technologies, Inc.’s staff consists of over 100 employees between the two locations.

MacIntyre Fuels is headquartered in Middlebury, Vermont, in the heart of the beautiful Champlain Valley. Since 1943, they

have been major providers of fuel oil and petroleum products to their customers, including a full range of related products and services.

Today they not only store, transfer, and deliver fuel oil and other petroleum products, but also provide a broad range of plumbing and

heating services, including sales and installation of commercial, industrial, and residential systems.

South Hero Mobil is located on Route 2 in South Hero, VT. The Mobil has self serve pumps, mechanic on-duty

and a convenience store. The store has everything from soda, snacks, milk, and a deli. The deli makes sandwiches, salads,

and soups. Stop by on your way through to the Ferry on your way to Airborne.

Mark's Auto Repair is owned and operated by Mark Bunnell. The garage, located on Route 7 in Milton, VT, across

from Bond's, is a family operated body and paint shop. Stop by for your automotive needs.
