I am an
"intuitive feeler", otherwise known as an idealist. It means that
I get energy from the inner world and value time alone and reflective
thinking; I focus on meanings, possibilities, and relationships and prefer
fantasy to reality; I make decisions based on personal values and
subjective evaluation of the people involved; I prefer to be planned,
organized and decided, and want to make decisions and move on.
My focus is on the people/humanistic needs of an organization, the
growth needs of an organization, and have a drive for meaning
authenticity, and making a difference.
My work style is that I see possibilities, meanings, and
relationships. I want to judge value to/for people. I communicate
organizational norms and believe that organizational strength is in the
people's potential. I want to know how decisions affect a person's morale,
what is most important to a person, who needs to know what, and what impact
a decision has on a person/organization's principles. My leadership
strengths are that I am creative, good at communication sensitive to
organizational climate, participative, and draw out the best in people. I
value harmony, unique contribution, self-determination, interaction, and
relationships. Words and quotes that fit me are "To thine own self be true," "Better to help the
wrong person than to help no one at all," charismatic, harmony,
lively, catalyst, dramatic, sensitive, spokesperson, empowering, inspiring
rapport, enthusiastic, relationships, empathetic, insightful, personable,
sense of mission, cause or crusade oriented, spiritual.
