(You should have 3 tassles in this one corner)
Attach yarn in another corner with sl st, and repeat the trim process for each corner.

Finish by weaving in loose ends and blocking if needed.

The only problem I encountered was that my tension tightened up as I worked, so my starting rows were wider than my ending rows by a little bit.
I created this afghan to match my new couch.  I was inspired by the yarn, Red Heart Fiesta Wheat.  The yarn looks so nice all by itself that I used a simple stitch so as to not take away from it.  I added tassels to each corner that were inspired by a crocheted doll that I was given as a child.  The dolls arms and legs were made of crocheted spirals.  If you don't feel like making them jsut put on regular fringe.  I will try to put up better pictures soon.
You can find the instructions for the RSC stitch on www.about.com on the crochet portion of the website.
