Vivien Davis welcomes you to the home page of Tamesis Golden Retrievers. My Kennel prefix was the original name of the River Thames in London, which I felt would be appropriate as i spent ten years of my life living and working near London. I first fell in love with this breed when I visited my parents in the U. K and met up with and fell in love with Shireen their bitch and Farah owned by my sister. On returning to Melbourne in 1984 I started my interest in this breed. As a result I have now moved to my present home in Romsey where I live on an acre on the edge of town with my neighbours comprising of cows and a pony. At the moment I live here with Dougal,Shelby,d'Arcy,Carly,Phoebe,Angel and Hailey my cat. I have taken a golden, Hamish to an obedience title and am delighted as I now have 2 Tamesis Champions in the show ring, Aust Ch Tameis Tobias and his daughter Aust Ch Tamesis Honey Kiss An Angel. I am also presently campaigning Tameis Gypsy Rose and Tamesis Kaleidoscope who are both well on their way to their Titles.
