Kuja and Raven get along quite well. May be there common interest in shopping and clothes, maybe because Raven doesn't hurt Kuja's eyes when he looks at her for extended periods of time, or maybe it's because no one else in the ramble mansion really cares for him. Raven is basically the only one who enjoys having Kuja around, Crystal just sort of co-exists with him, and the other villians don't like him much because of his 'girly' tendancies. Believe it or not, Kuja may actually be more shallow than Raven, and he is extremely picky.
