THE DEPOSITION OF CHRIS PINO |
The deposition (questions under oath which are written with the answers) of Chris Pino was taken October 21, 2003. Chris was the immediate Supervisor of Moore and as he said, had a clear and unobstructed view of the entire incident. Rather than go into a verbatim account of the testimony of Mr. Pino suffice it to say, when he was read the version of the incident alleged by Moore including that I punched and kicked him and my wife jumped on his back "like a wrestler" hitting him, punching him and pulling his ear, etc. Mr. Pino said he didn't see that at all. He also testified directly that Moore was asked twice by him to leave the area and he didn't and that Moore grabbed my dog's leash and "dragged" me and my dog to the store exit. He also said Moore lifted my dog off the ground and that he (Moore) seemed "angry" when he did this. So now it comes down simply to the fact Moore lied like heck. Even his attorney at the deposition could not say anything to contradict the testimony of Mr. Pino. And the sickening part of this all is, that Moore, under California law, may still be able to con and act his way into another Sorkers Compensation settlement. What's wrong with this picture? |
