| General Rules~ 1) No swearing is allowed anywhere. 2) Administraters and Moderators words are final. No arguing. 3) If you have a problem with another role player, or feel that a rule has been violated, contact a Moderator or Administrator. 4) No spamming allowed on the message boards. 5) Follow all rules and use common sense while roleplaying. |
| Character Rules~ 1) You must abide by the plot that Tamora Pierce has set down in her books. Your personal plots may not interfere with them or change them in any way. 2) Your characters must be totally original. They may be in no way related to any characters mentioned in the books. No long lost brothers, old lovers, ect. 3) You may only use one character unless you conatact an Admin and they approve of you having two. 4) You can not use characters that come from a world other than the ones Tamora Pierce has created. For example: Aliens and Jedi are out of the question. 5) If your character is going to have the gift, or any other magic for that matter, it must be cleared with an Administrator first. Like wise, if you want to be a Shang Warrior or a knight, that must also be cleared. The pretty chainmail and the mad cool fighting skills are reserved for those who role play well. We want to keep it that way. 6) You must write a short bio and history for your character and place in the appropriate forum. |
| Role Playing Rules~ 1) No Godmoding. Godmoding is when your character does something impossible even in this fantasy world. No character is invincible. 2) You may not kill another person's character without their consent. 3) You may not maim another person's character without their consent. 4) You may not roleplay for another person. 5) Talk in third person when role playing. This makes it a lot less confusing to read posts. 6) Seperate dialogue from actions by using quotes ("). You may write out your actions like you are writing a book. (Example: She took a deep breath and shouted, "I can't stand this anymore!") You can also write out your actions with asterix. (Example: *She takes a deep breath* "I can't stand this anymore!" |
