Resort
This Tam-Tam Enterprises resort combines the culture of China with the comforts of home.  Located adjacent to Chinatown, the House of Cha-wu Resort (named after Tam-Tam Cha-wu) opened on Wednesday, November 22, 2000.  With three complexes themed after Chinese architecture and landmarks, this new resort is another favorite of Candy Isle guests!
The Village
Guests can stay in huts that replicate a typical Chinese farming village.  Rice paddies adorn the landscape complete with a marshland and small stream where guests can navigate their own harvesting boats. The only difference between this village and a real Chinese village:  The Village's huts come complete with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining/living area, TV/VCR with satellite, and computer with internet access.
Bonsai Gardens
Guests can also choose to stay in small temples (with same room features as the Village huts) that are nestled among the serene Bonsai Gardens.  With several creeks, winding trails for exploration, and benches among the oriental landscape, these gardens are definitely a place for rest and relaxation.
The Pagodas
Another option for guests are the temple-like pagodas that line the Shanghai River.  Unlike the huts and temples, these dwellings have three bedrooms and two bathrooms; they're large enough for a family and their friends!  The pagodas also have several other features (which all resort guests may use) including rock gardens, natural springs that act as swimming pools, and fishing excursions on the river.
The House of Cha-wu will be home to yet another Tam-Tam Enterprises themed  restaurant, The Great Wall Cafe.  The cafe is designed to look like a section of the Great Wall of China, featuring part of the wall with a tower at each end.  In one tower, is a food court which offers a variety of American foods.  Inside the section of the wall is the eating area.  The other tower houses the actual Great Wall Cafe which allows guests the choice to dine inside the restaurant or order from the fast food counter so they can eat in the food court.
