Hi there, and welcome to Tangela's Terrific Tots.
Thank you for stopping in for a visit, I am sooo glad you did!
My name is Tangela, better known as "Ya-Ya" to all of my day care children and their families. I am located in the Indianapolis/Oaklandon area of Indiana and proudly opened my doors to my first day care family in June of 1998. I provide tender loving care in a fun and educational environment for infants and toddlers. I have created this site in hopes of sharing and possibly gaining information with parents, other providers and whoever just happens to pop in. I hope that while you are visiting my site you will find something to be beneficial.

The Daycare Provider

Although you're not their mother,
You care for them each day.
You cuddle, sing, and read to them,
And watch them as they play.
You see each new accomplishment,
You help them grow and learn,
You understand their language,
And you listen with concern.
They come to you for comfort,
And you kiss away their tears.
They proudly show their work to you.
You give the loudest cheers!
No, you are not their mothers,
But your role is just as strong.
You nurture them and keep them safe,
Though maybe not for long-
You know someday the time may come,
When you will have to part,
But you know each child you cared for is forever in
your heart!!!!
