CRITERIA
	OK so here is my criteria for submitting a site to us.. your site will be judged on the following: 1. In the subject line of your email, please include I HAVE READ THE CRITERIA 2. Grammer 3. Spelling 4. No brocken links 5. How quick pages load 6. How well your site is layed out 7. How well your text color fits with the background 8. NO under construction signs 9. NO ADULT SITES - I can't stress this enough.. any adult sites applying will not ever be looked at, this includes sites that have links to any adult sites. 10. NO Hate sites, Racists sites, No sites containing abuse towards Children/women/animals of any kind.. these will not even get looked at.. 11. If you are 16 or under, please don't apply as I am following the guidelines for COPPA
		ok Now with that all said and done here is my privacy policy.. any information that is collected by us while applying for our awards will NOT ever be given to anyone else ever.. after your site has been looked at and you have been contacted within  14 days of applying, your information will be deleted from our records..   If you are under 16 years of age and have a website and you would like to apply, please have a parent or guardian do it for you, that way everyone stays safe and  COPPA rules are not broken... thanks!
