Gaby Hoffman
Gaby Hoffmann was born in Pittsburgh on  1982. Gaby currently lives in the Los Angeles area with her mother, Viva Hoffmann aka Susan Hoffmann. Viva is an actresss and a writer and appeared in many Andy Warhol movies, in the 60's, so you can probably guess where Gaby got her talent from. Gaby has a half-sister who Alexandra, who is 11 years older than Gaby and is also and actress. Years ago Alexandra wanted a little sister so badly that she and her mother Susan prayed at a shrine in Portugal for Susan to have another baby and not very long after, Gaby came along.
While Gaby and Susan now live on the West Coast, until 1993 Gaby lived her entire life in a hotel. A landmark hotel called Chelsea Hotel in New York City. According to Gaby living in a hotlel was plenty of fun. Gaby said that she and her best friend Tayla would roller-skate in the hallways and convince the bellman to go to the neighbourhood deli at night and bring them both back some ice cream.
Gaby started her acting carreer when she was 4 by acting in commercials. It didin't take long for Gaby to tire of the tough schedule so she retired before she was old ebough to start kindergarden. Her mom said it was only when she heard that Macaulay Culkin was making big bucks from movies that Gaby's "competitive spirit got the best of her" and she jumped back into acting with a venegance. After Gaby made her film debut in 1989's Field of Dreams, she went to appear in movies such as 1989's Unkle Buck and 1993's Man Without A Face. Gaby even had her own TV series for a while in 1994 called Someone Like Me. Gaby isisn't shy when she has an opinion, she gives a thumbs down to body piercing, those 70's clothes she had to wear in Now Anf Then and David Letterman, because after appearing on his show in 1992 she says he was mean and rude to her. On the bright side Gaby loves reading, writing, hopping, rollerblading, 60's music and hanging about with best buddy Christina Ricci.
