| Do I know you from somewhere? My name is Orlando Bloom and I'll be your host for today's show about Taniya and her Hide Out. SO... Sit back, relax, this isn't going to take very long, 'cause I promised my friends to join them for some partying today! |

| So... How about some info on Taniya to start things off with? Taniya is... Not really named Taniya. Her real name is Tamara. A good friend of hers once started calling her Taniya and as he kept doing that, she started responding to the call. She likes the name Taniya as much as she dislikes the name Tamara. Which is a lot. Legal. Trust me, I know! ;-) She never tells her age, but she is older a lot of you and younger than a little less of you and that is I have to say about that! Not really much of a peoples person. Most people like hanging out with her more than she likes to hang out with those people. She does, however, have a pack of friends that are as crazy as she is. They match in their craziness, weirdness and b*tchiness. Darn, excuse the language! A writer. The evidence of this is all over this place. She writes for magazines and for different Internetsites, she writes different sorts of articles as well as fanfiction stories. She has been the head editor of a school paper for three years and she is currently working on her very first real book. A Dutch girl. Which not only means she can legally smoke weed, but also that her first language is, in fact, Dutch. But still, she likes to write her stories in English because: 'In English, there seem to be so many more words to describe feelings and sightings and I seem to be more at ease expressing feelings and emotions when I use English. And I see it as some sort of Quest to improve my English until people will no longer see the difference between my English writings and those of an American or Englishman.' Weird or not, fact is that she got higher grades for English than she got for Dutch. There is much more to this woman, but I don't think I'm allowed to tell! |

| Hmmm... Next thing will be telling you something about this nice little Hang Out Taniya put up for you! Taniya's main goal is to entertain people. Whether that is with her weird remarks - to be found all over the site - her stories, the pictures she put up on the site or the links she gathered does not matter too much to her. Why she calls it her Hide Out? Because on the Internet, a lot of people enjoy the safety of hiding behind a computer screen. No one on the world will no who you are unless you want them to. You can be whoever you want to be. This is Taniya's place on the Internet. This is where she can do whatever she pleases. It could very well all be lies what she writes, but no one will find out. She can Hide Out right here, on Geocities, and let the world know that she is here, but she is also not here. Confusing? Maybe. So is Taniya sometimes! Don't shoot me, I am only the messenger! Why did she put me up here to tell you all this? Why didn't she come out here by herself? Well, I think you all know the answer to that last question already. It would no longer be a Hide Out if she was going to show herself to the entire world, now would it? She put me up here as a messenger because - well - I was around and a little bored and I asked her to write a story about me so I would have something to do, but she told me her muse went on a holiday to Middle Earth and refused to come back. But if I would be nice and be your host for today, she would consider making me her muse and then she would write all the plots I could think of. Which will be wicked! Hmmm... |

| I wonder if I am forgetting anything? Oh yes! Of course, if you have any comments or suggestions or maybe even some complaints about how I hosted the 'About'-show of today - which I highly doubt, but still - you can always E-MAIL Taniya Just so you know: she is not letting me read her e-mails, so all your love letters I would like to get through my official agency. The address is on at least a billion pages on the Internet, make it your new Quest to find it. If you send any stuff that is for me personally to Taniya, she will delete it without even letting me know she got it. Yeah I know, she can be a real b*tch sometimes - ack, language again!
