| A Tale of Two Lakes | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We drove many miles in two days to get back to sunny California after experiencing the first snows of the season in Pendleton, Oregon. We stayed at Lake Minden before Visalia, and afterwards, at Pyramid Lake, near Gorman. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lake Minden is a man-made reservoir northeast of Sacramento. Our campsite was right on the banks of the lake. This is where Bob fell out of the motor home one dark night after he forgot to put the step out. Amazingly, he didn't break anything. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
