Gunta is the oldest of the group and basically makes Reinier and Vladimir look sane due to his amazing gym abilities. Gunta has been attending gym longer than Reinier. He is a perfectionest when it comes to doing certain activities correctly.

Vladimir hasn't been at gym as long as Reinier. Yet, Reinier got him involved because he could see that he has great potential. Within his time in the group he has definately proven himself to the others. Weighing in a good 10 kg lighter than both Reinier and Gunta he has to work hard to keep up. But, nothing will convince him that he cannot achieve somthing and for that he is a tank.
