.:  Lingam honouring - Penis

These  honouring exercises are used to show respect and honour to your partner and their genitals. In Tantra Lingam is the penis and Yoni is the vagina. These exercises can build respect and trust within your relationship.

.: Honouring technique

  • The goal of this exercise is to appreciate and honour the lingam in all it's states - flacid, while it is being aroused and when it is erect.
  • The aim is not to arouse his penis but to get to know it and form a close bond with your partner.
  • Find a nice comfortable area, on the bed or build up cushions to lean up against. With his legs wide open so his partner can kneel between his legs.
  • In Tantra a gift can be given to show honour. You can present a simple gift to the Lingam, like a flower or a simple petal . Kneeling in front of your partner to view his Lingam is another form of honour.
  • Look at and all around his genitals. Tell him what you see and what you like about it's different parts.
  • After looking, move on to the touch sensation and gently move your finger tips around his penis, testicles and through his public hair.
  • Cup your hands under his testicles and feel their weight.
  • Pull the scrotum skin away from his testicles. You can rub the skin between your fingers.
  • Close your thumb and forefinger around his penis. Move up and down his penis squeezing in different areas.
  • Play with the head of his penis with all your fingers
  • You can move to different touch sensations by gently rubbing your breasts over his penis. Move on to touch with your lips. kissing gently and moving your lips against his skin.
  • Move on to taste by taking the penis into your mouth. Just hold it still in your mouth feeling and tasting. Feel the warmth.
