As all Ethiopianists should know and recognize, the Ethiopian calender year differs 7 years from the Western. Therefore, in Ethiopia the year is not "2002" rather "1994". As of the "9-11" we have a brief grace period to ORGANIZE and CENTRALIZE. Therefore, the REAL NEW MILLENIUM for RASTAFARI and ALL OF AFREEKA has yet to come. SO MEK WI DO IT TOGATHER!!! We as Rastafari and Ethiopianists are calling for a RASTAFARI DEVELOPMENT And UPLIFTMANT GATHERING FOR THE NEW MILLENIUM.
ALL RASTAFARI mansions and individuals are cordially invited to discuss issues vital to the survival, development and growth of the RASTAFARI people and movemant locally, nationally and universally. IT IS VITAL/I-TAL that serious and collective dialogue be brought forth and discussed ASAP that are of direct relevant urgency to Ras Tafari Movemant, especially since September 11, 2001, the re-establishment of the "New World Order". We ask that respective mansions of Rastafari as well as representatives from the Ethiopian World Federation Inc. be in attendance to speak on the land grant of Shashemane and the most recent developments.
The basic need for all Ras Tafari peoples as well as all Ethiopic (Black) peoples in the diaspora is for HUMBLENESS, HONESTY, RESPECT AND COMMITMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH.

We have a SACRED and NOBLE task to accomplish. Thus, the reason forasking the respective Rastafari and Ethiopianist mansions which you represent, to send a delegate to speak intelligently and honestly on behalf of your organizations basic aims and objectives. We are asking for at least 2 delegates from each Rastafari organization and group that is invited. All are invited without exception. We ask for Rastafari Drummers to also bring their 'harps' and are invited to provide the heartbeat for the 3 day functions.
