| Story: Far away in a desert kingdom called Agrabah, a young streetrat named Aladdin lives with his pal, Abu, a little monkey. He dreams of the palace and the life he would life if he would live there. But someone inside they palace dreams about life outside those high walls. Princess Jasmine has never seen the world outside the palace and her father only wants to see her get married so that the throne is secured. His evil counselor Jafar is after this throne and searches for a magic lamp which will give him the power to get it. The only way to get the lamp is that someone who is like a diamond in the rough to enter the cave of wonders and gets it. Through his magic Jafar finds out that Aladdin is the perfect guy. He sends the guards after him. Aladdin has just met a disguised Princess Jasmine, who has escaped the palace, and shows her around. The guards grab Aladdin and while Jasmine tries to stop them by revealing her true identity, Aladdin is thrown into the dungeons. There a disguised Jafar takes Aladdin to the cave of wonders and makes him enter it and gets the lamp. In the cave Aladdin and Abu meet a magic carpet who shows them the way. Aladdin gets the lamp, but Abu can't resist all the gold and jewels and grabs some. Then the cave collapses. Aladdin is saved by the magic carpet and flown to the exit, where Jafar is waiting for him. He gives the lamp and is thrown back into the vace, before it collapses. Abu stole the lamp and Aladdin awakes the genie, who tells them about the three wishes. He also gets them out. Aladdin makes his first wish and is transformed into a prince so he can marrie Princess Jasmine. But Jafar is also after the hand of Jasmine, which can lead him to the throne. Prince Ali (Aladdin) does not make a big impression on Jasmine, but after a moonlit carpetride they fall in love. After their goodbye, Jafar tries to kill him, but with the help of his second wish, Aladdin is saved. He unveils Jafars true intentions and Jafar is grabbed by the guards. Jafar escapes after he finds out the Ali has the lamp and is Aladdin. He sends Iago to steal the lamp and takes controle of the palace and the kingdom. Before Aladdin can tell Jasmine who he really is, he must contront Jafar. Jafar wishes himself into the sultan and then into the worls powerful sorcerer. He gets rid of Aladdin, but he fights back. After a spectacular battle, Aladdin fools Jafar by making him wih he was a genie and so it is done. Aladdin grabs his lamp and the genie throws it far away. Everything is turned back. Aladdin uses his third wish and wishes the genie free and the sultan decides that Jasmine can choose her own husband: Aladdin! |
