Story: This feature contains four shorts about Latin America, put together in a story with Donald Duck getting a birthday present from Jose Carioca and Panchito.
#1 The Cold-Blooded Penguin: On the South Pole, Pable Penguin is the only penguin that doesn't like the cold. He dreams of warm weather. So he makes a journey to the tropics.
#2 The Flying Gauchito: This feature tells the story about a donkey with wings that can fly.
#3 Baia: Donald Duck and Jose Carioca go to Baia, where they meet a cookie girl and dance.
#4 La Pinata: Panchito learns Donald Duck about Las Posadas.
