| This first Quentin Tarantino film was released back in 1992 and speclated a new dawn of violence and drama setting a game of find the snitch with the second half of the film set mainly in a warehouse. Tarantino recieved numerous awards and the film was voted in 1994 as the third best film ever by readers of the UK's Empire magazine. (Pulp Fiction was first) It undoubtly can't be missed as a classic debut by this famed director and must be scene. Pitty it hasn't been glorafied on a UK 2 disc DVD edition like the recent release of Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction. |
| Story... Tim Roth is a cop going under cover to gain the trust of a highly organised group of men aiming to bust a robbery. Unfortunatly all goes wrong on the day and after trust and friendship is gained between the robbers they start asking themselves what went wrong and why. With several members missing and one dead they suspect a rat amongst them after an obvious set up. But in utter destrought will they find the guy on the right side of law or wind up turning on each other? |
