HELLO! WELCOME TO MY PERSONAL PAGE! my friends call me tommy or tom. i was born in manila on march 22, 1966. i'm 34 years old, single and looking, 5'7" tall, fair skinned, chinese looking. i'm celebrating my first decade in radio broadcasting. i'm currently working as senior news reporter for the philippine broadcasting service (PBS), one of the country's most reputable radio networks. as a news reporter, i gather, write and edit news for airing on my company's various radio stations. i also cover special events, produce, write, narrate and direct news documentaries, train graduating mass communication students on broadcast news writing and act as newscaster for the network's major and hourly newscasts in filipino. my latest project is the pbs news yearender report, a one-hour documentary in filipino.

watch local and foreign t-v shows and movies, read local and foreign publications, listen to pop, dance, classical and other musical forms, eat american, chinese, filipino and other dishes, sing, act, dance, draw, interior decorate, visit the malls, bars, and other interesting places, brisk walk at the park, clean my family's house and of course...meeting people! I AM OPEN TO OTHER WORTHWHILE ACTIVITIES!

my father works as a lawyer for his own law firm. my mom is a plain housewife. she retired from government service years ago. both of them are in their seventies. i'm the third of four children. my elder sister works as a researcher for an environmental organization. my elder brother works as marketing manager for a telecommunications firm. my younger sister has quit her job in a telephone company and is now based in chicago, illinois, u.s.a. i'm the only one still single. i currently live with my parents. my siblings are already married and have children of their own. they get to visit my parents' place on special occasions.

my friends come from the media, banking, shipping, architectural, trading and marketing fields. their age range: 22-40. i get to talk to them by phone during my free time. however, because of my rather different work schedule (i'm assigned in the graveyard shift at the radio network), i get to see them only 1-4 times a year.

i go for friends who are HONEST, SINCERE, TRUSTWORTHY, UNDERSTANDING, DOWN TO EARTH, RESOURCEFUL, CREATIVE AND HARDWORKING. they must also HAVE A STABLE JOB AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL.

i'm presently affiliated with the national press club, the university of the philippines alumni association and the claret school of quezon city alumni association.
