Dat's Buzz, Evil Woody's pal from Toy Story 1 and 2. When he found out dat Woody had teamed up wit' T.A.R.K., he came ovah heah ta help. Unfortunately, Woody made some crack 'bout 'im not bein' able ta fly or somet'ing an' poor Buzz snapped.
Awl he wants ta do is 'scape from dat cage an' kill Woody an' T.A.R.K.. We'se was afraid dat he'd get hoit, or woise yet hoit one o' us, so Stress bought a cage for him. Next time Woody an' T.A.R.K. act up, we'll get 'im!
