Episode 7: Its All Going Swimmingly After English Class one day, the Group notices one of their classmate's, Dylan Morgan, being bullied by members of the football team, including Rod. After the jocks are done their bullying, they all seem to have weird accidents, tripping over their own feet and falling over benches in the park. While the group is amused by the jocks getting their comeuppance, they are also a little wary with everything that has happened lately that this is a coincedence. Back at the dorm, Father Cullen is doing research on the town of Tarken's Mill and its history. He's looking for a history of strange attacks like what has been plaguing the swim team lately. Jason suggests that they go out and look for the latest missing swim team member, an idea which the others agree with. As they are leaving, Rod comes in and asks if they've seen the Father. The group makes some jokes about what happened to Rod earlier and send him on his way to see the Father. While looking for the swim team member, Misty literally trips over him, as his arm is lying across the path. While Misty and Sharon check out the body for the same signs that the other corpses had, Jason goes ahead to see if anything is around. He sees two zombies shuffling away from the scene. He goes back and lets the others know. They decide to call the Father and have him bring some weapons while Jason and Sharon follow the zombies. They end up near a cave in the woods. When the others catch up they decide to check out the cave to find out where the zombies went. The cave goes back about forty feet and than stops. They aren't able to find any secret doors or hidden passageways deeper into the cave so they leave the cave and head back to the dorm. The Father also lets them know that Rod was able to get transferred to another dorm. He would be moved out by the time they got back home. After some discussion, they figure out a connection between the zombie attacks and the missing swim team members. They are able to figure out that whoever is controlling the zombies is actually after Jason and the sword. When he received his powers, it was in the hospital at the same time as the swim team was there due to the accident at the pool. They also figure that since the swim team are pairing up because they don't want to be targetted, they will tail swim team members and be able to follow the zombies if they show up.
The next day when Shawn's swim team member do the jock thing and tease Dylan, they also experience strange accidents, including getting hit by someone on a bike. That evening while everyone is at the swim meet, Misty is working at the Diner. Dylan is sitting in a corner booth, studying when she goes over and talks to him. Shortly after they are done talking, Rod and a couple of the football team members come in and start bothering Dylan. While they are teasing him, one of the other waitress is walking by when her coffee pot explodes, covering Rod with hot coffee.
After work Misty joins the others at the swim meet, where she tells them about what happened at the Diner. After a bit Sharon mentions that the swim team should be out of the locker room by now. Jason and Eugene go in and see that the locker room is empty. They are able to find another exit and follow the hallway to an exit. Outside they see zombies dragging away the remaining swim team members. After contacting the Father, they decide to follow the zombies back to their lair. But they accidently get the zombies attention and have to fight them. After a heated battle, Jason is standing over the last zombie when it suddenly turns to him and in a clear voice " Champion". Jason stabs it through the head before it can say anything else.
Dragging the team members back to the locker room, the group head home, discussing what to do about Dylan, who they are convinced has telekinesis and could be a danger to himself and others.
