THE COURT CARDS
Here are a few interpretations for the Court Courts when reading a health spread. The Court cards tend to represent people who may help out the person you are reading for, and often represent a doctor or advisor of some kind.
PAGES
Most Pages when upright or reversed will represent a concern for a Childs well-being. But when they are reversed you could not be receiving good news about examinations or medical reports, illness whether it be physical, mental or emotional. Usually children will become withdrawn from the world and will need encouragement from parents or helpful advisors. Escapism through drugs or alcohol etc are also indicated here if the proper help is not sought.
KNIGHTS
Most Knights when reversed can indicate a volatile behavior of some kind. Physical and emotional well-being come into play with these guys too, perhaps they are taking things to the extreme such as abuse of drugs & alcohol or are taking risks that will involve some form of accident.

Remember that Knights are extremists and will carry their suit qualities to the fullest when reversed.
KINGS & QUEENS
Kings & Queens can represent professionals for help in matters of health care and they can include;
KING & QUEEN OF SWORDS
Can indicate both good physicians and counselors who know the mind well, they are often professionals, and will give you sound, logical judgment, not much heart involved but they are good at what they do.
KING & QUEEN OF CUPS
Tends to deal with matters of the heart and can represent social workers, a nurse, or a kind doctor. These people also carry the professionalism of doctors but more in the caring aspect unlike the Swords.
STRESSFUL SPREADS & DEATH
Stressful spreads where a death or serious illnesses are indicated tend to have many reversed cards, negative cards and many swords. Some cards that will actually indicate a death of some kind can be; Death, 8 of Swords, 3 of Swords, 4 of Swords, Tower, 9 of Swords, 10 of Pentacles (R), 10 of Swords etc. These cards on their own will not indicate a death although together in a negative or stressful spread they might indicate death or illness. By reading and paying close attention to the surrounding cards in a spread they will tell you whether this is coming or going out of someone's life.

If you are not sure about the negativity of a spread or if you know for certain something terrible may happen to someone, most good Tarot readers will not tell the Querent for they may fear this greatly and will wait for something to happen, and remember that you might be wrong as well. It is never advised to tell someone that they are about to die because this is what you see in your cards, it is just not done out of respect for the Querent and their peace of mind.
