My love of cooking goes back to my early childhood. I learned quite a bit in those early years and have come to appreciate what my mother and grandmother taught me. They made delicious home-cooked food prepared with the freshest ingredients and lots of love.
In my teen years, one of my chores was to help prepare the family meals. I always looked forward to the opportunity. My love of cooking continued throughout college. After college, I began my career as a nurse, and later, as a nurse paralegal.
Finding time for cooking often became difficult, but I never lost my love of cooking. I was, and am, the first one to volunteer to bring food to a party or to do all of the cooking. My friends will tell you that I love to cook, and they love when I cook for them! I have been cooking to the rave reviews of family, friends and co-workers for over 25 years.
