Prior to scheduling a cook-date, we meet to conduct a detailed assessment to determine your specific food preferences, diet preferences and identify any allergies or medical conditions which require specific attention. I work with you to develop a menu specific to your needs and likes. We will then coordinate a cook date.
On the designated cook-date, I shop for the freshest ingredients for your food, then come to your home with my own pots, pans and kitchen utensils and prepare the designated number of entrees and side dishes. I only require the use of your major appliances, counter and sink. I then package and store your meals with specific handling and re-heating instructions so that you can enjoy the meals at your convenience.
After I have finished the cooking and packaging, I pack my equipment and supplies, and leave your home with a freezer full of delicious home-cooked quality meals and the wonderful aromas of my day at your home.
All you have to do is follow the instructions for heating and sit back and enjoy!
