Guardians
Guardians protect mortal killers in exchange for their victim’s souls. When the killer carves an inverted triangle into the forehead of the victim, the guardian is able to steal the innocents soul. The charmed ones killed the guardian, but then when the case went to court the judge released the killer and gave him another guardian.( The judge was an upper level demon who assigned guardians to the criminals who were set free.) When the charmed ones find out about the ploy they try to stop the judge, but it is Cole a demon disguised as an assistant district attorney who kills the judge.
The Triad
The highest level of evil who sent Belthazor, Troxa and other demons to kill the charmed ones. They were killed by Belthazor, before they had a chance to kill him.
Trolls
These beings are small, ugly faced, evil and extremely fast. They are after a princess fairy named Thistle who is being protected by a young girl. After the charmed ones come to the rescue of the young girl, it is up to them to protect her as well as the fairy, and stop the trolls from kidnapping Thistle.
Belthazor
One of the most powerful and dangerous demons to walk the earth, he has destroyed many witches, innocents and demons. He was sent by the Triad to kill the charmed ones, steal their powers and take the Book Of Shadows. Belthazor is Cole’s demon form, and has illustrated how powerful he is throughout the third season, on one occasion killing the Triad.
Troxa
An evil demon with the power to disappear into thin air. Sent by the Triad to kill the charmed ones, as Belthazor was taking too long, he can sometimes be seen in rooms with low temperatures. He is eventually betrayed by Belthazor, who tricks him into a trap the charmed ones had set up in their attic.
Vinceres
An extremely powerful demon, protected from any witch’s powers. He has the ability to burn his victims by merely touching them and is intent on killing the empath who cursed him. This empath had cursed him to feel everyone else’s pain. Belthazor lead Prue to this demon, and Prue unknowingly helps him escape from the curse.
Andras
A demon with the ability to turn anger into rage, he senses built up anger in people and uses a red rage ball to increase the persons rage, leading to outbursts and fights. He was hired by Belthazor who intended to use Andras’ power to increase the anger of the charmed ones, thereby making them turn on eachother in rage. Belthazor believed that when the sister’s did this, they would use their powers on eachother, which would mean their powers would be lost.
Krell
A Zhotar ( demon bounty hunter), Krell was sent to find and kill Belthazor by the Source after Belthazor killed the Triad.
Kierkan
A demon and alchemist with the power to kill or bring back people from the dead. He used his alchemist powers to create a life essence called Terra, who was meant to serve him and do what he wished. But Terra soon became bored with this and escaped. Kierkan tried to find her to recapture her, but was vanquished by the Charmed ones.
Terra
A life essence created by an alchemist named Kierkan, she was supposed to serve him and do whatever he wished, but she became bored with this and escaped. She went in search of one of the charmed ones, with a plan to possess one of the sisters to enable her to use their power to vanquish Kierkan.
Child Demons
Don’t be fooled by their appearance – these children are true demons and the only thing that can stop them is The Nothing. The Nothing resides in a special ice cream truck which plays the song “The Devil’s Chord” to attract the demon children. Once lured to the truck, they are sucked into it, where they are imprisoned and one by one vanquished by The Nothing.
Eames
A powerful and viscious darklighter who possesses the ability to steal a witch’s power once he kills them. By killing three witches, he inherited the power to change shape, clone himself, and deflection. He thwarted the Charmed ones first attempt to vanquish him, and instead killed a whitelighter named Natalie. This gave him the ability to orb, which he used to journey to the whitelighters home, but the charmed ones stopped him and vanquished him before he had the chance to kill any more whitelighters.
Slammer, Thunder and Mega-Man
These wrestlers were actually demons who, after wrestling people and winning watched as the wrestling ring opened up to a doorway to hell, which swallowed up the loser. Their aim was to strengthen humans in the process of becoming demons by wrestling them and beating them up. The human undergoing the beating would apparently become stronger by learning from the wrestlers.
Dantalian
A dark priestess with the intention of converting the charmed ones to evil beings in order to turn the book of shadows evil also. After the book becomes evil, it will contain powerful evil spells which will make her more powerful than she already is.
Zile
A shape-shifting warlock who teamed up with Dantalian. In exchange for helping Dantalian, she agreed to perform a ritual which would turn Prue into his wife. His plan was to steal the powers of the Charmed ones, but he was vanquished by Piper and Phoebe.
Angel Of Death
The angel of death is not evil – his only job is to receive the souls of the people who have died. Prue encounters him and he tells her she must accept death.
Seekers
Vampire-like demons who seek out people who know information they need. After biting their victims, they absorb all information from them. They tried to kill Belthazor because he killed the Triad.
Shadow
Shadow was a cat before he turned himself into a warlock. He tried to get the charmed ones to vanquish him nine times, after which he would become invincible and unstoppable. He possessed the power to levitate.
Lucas
This evil being possessed the power to infect anyone with one of the seven deadly sins. He needs to deliver seven souls before a given time or he will live with them for eternity, and as such he infects the charmed ones along with Leo. He was unsuccessful and was vanquished by the charmed ones after they found out about him.
The Brotherhood
An elite demonic group who planned to take over a wealthy computer company. Cole decided to go undercover to try to foil their plan, but Vornac, one of the leaders believed Cole was up to something and put him through various tests designed to prove whether Cole was evil.
Warnack
The demon in charge of The Brotherhood who used his shape-shifting ability to impersonate a senator who was opposed to the merger between the computer companies. He was vanquished by the charmed ones when he tried to disguise himself as Cole.
Raynor
A demon whose intention was to revive Belthazor’s brutality and evilness. However, unexpectantly Belthazor becomes completely evil and Raynor is killed by him.
Banshee
A demon with the power to kill others by bursting their blood vessels with the scream of their voice. They are able to turn witches into banshees by the sound of their scream. They kill every night and target people who are in great pain.
Shaks
An extremely powerful demon who was sent after a very successful doctor who saved many lives. He throws energy balls at his victims and cannot be vanquished without the power of three. He kills Prue, Piper and the doctor at the Halliwell Manor.
The Source
The head of all demons, The Source is responsible for sending all warlocks and demons after the charmed ones. In the episode “All Hell Breaks Loose” he made a pact with Phoebe – in return for saving her sisters life, Phoebe had to convert to the evil side.
