THE BIBLE
The Bible has was written over a period of 1600 years by a estimated of 40 people. The 66 books of the Bible are put together to form the cannon. You can go to the distant past and see the creation unfold, or even to the distant future and read whats going to take place as we see in Revelation which means a unveiling. The 66 books were accpepted in the cannon because of them being the inspired word of GOD .. The method they used to pick the books is what i call the C.I.A. AND U
C CONTENT- Is just that the content of the book.
I INSPIRED- was it a inspired writing or beleive to be a  inspired work.
A AUTHOR-Who wrote the book, what it a known person or not.
U UNIVERSELY- was it accepted by JESUS or the Apostles , quoted from,or used. Did the early Church accpept the writing.
The New Testament  has more manuscript support than any other body of ancient literature. Over 5000 Greek, 8000 Latin, and many more manuscripts in other languages, attest to the integrity of the New Testanment. There is only one basic New Testament used by Protestants,Roman Catholics,Orthodox,by conservatives and liberals alike. Minor variations in hand copying have appeared through the centuries, before mechanical printing began about 1450 AD.  Translations of the Cannon come down to which manuscripts to use which they debate to this day .  KING JAMES version is taken from what was called the
Traditonal Text  (Textus Receptus or received text) Although based on the relatively few available manuscripts, these were representative of many more which existed at the time but only became known later. The Byzantine Text that largely supports the KING JAMES has as much right as any other manuscript in determing the text of the New Testament.
Contemporay translations follow what is called the
Critical Text ( NU ) which is edited according to specific principles of textual criticism wich rely heavily on the most ancient manuscripts which are the Alexandrian Text which is the Codex Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticanus.
Some scholars have grounds for doubting the faithfulness of them, since they often disagree with each other and the Sinaiticus exhibits excessive omission.
The third idea in translation the New Testament is by going by the
Majority of existing Greek manuscripts ( M ) none are earlier than the 5th century. The Majority Text is simailar to the Textus Receptus, but corrects those readings which have little or no support n the Greek manuscript.
In understanding scripture please read these passages.
2 Tim 3:16
2 Cor 13:1 2 Pet 1:20-21 1 Cor 2:14

Satan is the biggest critic of the Bible.Oh how he must hate GODS WORD
He can't destroy the Cannon so he does try to discredit it by twisting scriptures or by bringing doupt on the WORD ,and even trying to claim the Bible  has contradictions in it. He also knows he would have a hard time trying to convince people that Jesus never came into the world . So he tries to reduce him from the SON OF GOD to just a passing prophet, like the koran tries to do. Which gives us a good idea who was behind the koran. It is absurd to say  he was just a prophet when he himself said,
Jesus said he was the Messiah JN 4:26
Forgave Sins Mk 2:5-12
God said he was his Son MT 3:17
He said I AM  JN 8:58   Exodus 3:14
He said he is the Almighty  Rev 1:8
He is the WORD OF GOD  JN 1:1,14
Every Knee Shall Bow  Phil 2: 9-11

(note that the koran came from Muhammed who could not read or write and was written in 23 years in his life time. There was so many version that they had to destory them all accept the one they use today. It seems that Muhammed was not good at math either.....
Surah 4:11-12 and 4:176 state the Koran inheritance law. If a man dies and leaves three daughters, his two parents and his wife then they will receive the respective shares of 2/3 for the 3 daughters together, 1/3 for the parents together [both according to verse 4:11] and 1/8 for the wife [4:12] adds up to 108%. A second example is, that when a man leaves only his mother, his wife and two sisters, then they receive 1/3 [mother, 4:11], 1/4 [wife, 4:12] and 2/3 [the two sisters, 4:176], which again adds up to 15/12 OH MY 125% !!!
